How much to drink???

Usually, people say to drink water, that is a given.   What they don’t tell you is how much to drink.  What I usually aim to drink is about 2 liters a day.  I like to get a water bottle that is one liter sized so I don’t have to go fill it up so often.  Two-liter water each day helped me shed some weight too so hint hint, if you need to shed a few pounds this can be a big break for you!
